I. Scope of Application

The present Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you as a customer and Casa Lunarito Sociedad Limitada (hereinafter, “Casa Lunarito” or “we”). These will be in effect until the end of your stay at the Casa Lunarito facilities, located at C/ Leonor Sánchez 2, 11150 Vejer de la Frontera. For any inquiries regarding your reservation or these Terms and Conditions, please contact us by sending an email to casa@lunarito.com.

II. Conclusion of the Contract

When booking a room, you are making a request for accommodation to Casa Lunarito, which operates under the license of Rural Accommodation Tourist Housing (N° VTAR/CA/04408) granted by the Spanish authorities. If the room is available and meets all the conditions of these Terms and Conditions, Casa Lunarito will provide you with a booking confirmation via email or other means. Room booking requests, whether made directly to Casa Lunarito or through third parties, are not binding and do not obligate Casa Lunarito to conclude a contract. Casa Lunarito reserves the right to refuse to conclude a contract or provide a room at its sole discretion, until the requirements detailed in these Terms and Conditions have been met.

III. Making a Reservation and Payment

The price of each room is the one that appears on the website www.lunarito.com, on Booking.com, or on Expedia.com at the time of your reservation. The total room price includes VAT at the legal rate of 10% and other services selected during the reservation. Casa Lunarito reserves the right to cancel any reservation if it does not receive the corresponding payment. The reservation is only guaranteed if it meets all the following conditions:

► Provide valid and complete data;

► Provide valid information about your companions (number of adults and/or children per room) and, if applicable, the presence of a pet;

► Secure your reservation through one of the payment methods available on www.lunarito.com, Booking, or Expedia;

► Receive a full booking confirmation for Casa Lunarito, from Booking or Expedia;

► Register in the Traveler’s Registry by accessing the link sent by Casa Lunarito one week before the arrival date.

The reservation is non-transferable and you cannot resell or advertise it for sale. Casa Lunarito assumes no responsibility for transferred or resold reservations. You must ensure that the full name and email address on the reservation are correct at the time of booking. To book and stay alone, you must be at least 18 years old. If a customer under 18 years old shows up alone, they will not be allowed to stay. Casa Lunarito may require an ID (driver’s license or passport) as proof of age. If a valid document according to Casa Lunarito’s criteria is not presented, it may cancel the reservation without a refund.

IV. Cancellations, Modifications, and No-Shows

You can cancel or modify the room and additional services booked up to 7 days before the arrival date. In that case, no charge will be made to the payment method used for the reservation. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, Casa Lunarito will not issue any refund. To cancel or modify the reservation, you must send an email to casa@lunarito.com if you booked at www.lunarito.com or contact the intermediary directly if you booked through Booking or Expedia. Cancellations or modifications will only be effective upon confirmation from Casa Lunarito or the intermediary. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, your reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Any modification is subject to availability and the price may vary. Once you arrive at Casa Lunarito, you will not be able to modify or cancel the reservation. If you do not pay on time or do not meet the conditions, Casa Lunarito may cancel your reservation. If any circumstances beyond our control arise that prevent us from maintaining a confirmed reservation, Casa Lunarito may cancel it with prior notice by email and refund any payment made.

V. Arrival and Departure

You will be able to access the room from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and you must vacate it before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you do not vacate the room on time, you will be charged a fee equivalent to an additional night’s stay. If Casa Lunarito has rooms available, you may occupy the room during that period.

VI. Your stay: Requirements for you and your companions.

The maximum occupancy of each room is specified at www.lunarito.com or on the intermediary’s page. It cannot exceed the indicated maximum capacity. Children under 4 years old are not included in the headcount (maximum of 2 children under 4 years old per double room). Only the individuals named in the reservation may use the reserved rooms and the common areas of Casa Lunarito. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in the jacuzzi area. You must not leave minors unattended in the rooms or common areas. You cannot bring dangerous or illegal items into the facilities. In case of damage, Casa Lunarito may require immediate reimbursement of repair or cleaning costs, according to Casa Lunarito’s criteria.

VII. Additional Services

We offer several additional services when making your reservation, subject to availability. You can acquire some additional services directly at Casa Lunarito during your stay, except for the service of adding an animal, which must be booked in advance. If the additional services reserved are not available upon your arrival, we will refund the amount paid. Additional services are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of reservation cancellation.

VIII. Pets

Pets are allowed in some rooms on the ground floor for an additional charge of 20 euros per night per pet, and are limited to one pet per room. Only well-behaved, clean pets that are not dangerous or disruptive to other guests or the facilities are allowed. You should never leave your pet unattended in the rooms or common areas. Pets are only allowed in the Casa Lunarito patio and are prohibited on the terraces, in the hallways of the upper floors, and in the jacuzzi area. Dogs must always be kept on a leash in the common areas of Casa Lunarito. At our discretion, we may require immediate reimbursement of our reasonable expenses incurred due to your pet during your stay, such as damages or unusual dirt. Guide dogs and service dogs can stay for free and are not subject to these restrictions, but you must inform Casa Lunarito in advance.

IX. Liability

The responsibility of Casa Lunarito will be adjusted according to applicable laws. It assumes no responsibility for the theft or loss of valuables.

X. Claims

Claims must be made at the time of arrival or when a defect occurs during your stay. Casa Lunarito offers complaint forms on its premises.

XI. Access to Rooms by Casa Lunarito

The staff has the right to access the rooms for cleaning and maintenance.

XII. Data Protection

Casa Lunarito collects and manages your personal data in accordance with the law. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, or deletion, you can contact casa@lunarito.com

XIII. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Casa Lunarito reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The modifications will be available at www.lunarito.com.

XIV. Differences Between the Terms and Conditions in Spanish and the Terms and Conditions Translated in Other Languages

In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version will prevail.

XV. Safeguard of These Terms and Conditions

If any clause is declared null, the others will remain in effect.

XVI. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law, and any dispute will be resolved in the Spanish courts.
